This company has been a leading mold manufacturer of high quality designs and products for over 26 years.
The business has four departments; engineering, mold making, EDM and CDC. Over 95% of the business is focused on the automotive industry. The operations are located in close proximity to 6 OEM manufacturers situated a short distance across the US-Canada border.
Currently the company is expanding its facilities to allow for an additional 5,000 sq. ft., bringing the total size of the premises to over 17,000 sq. ft. Additional equipment is expected to be installed by June 2017.
Training and an agreed upon transitional period will be provided by the owner. Guidance in administration, employee introductions, operations, management, and day-to-day running of the business will be part of the hand-over process.
